NEOTech is seeking an SMT Technician to operate and set up surface-mount equipment on the production line in Westborough, MA. You will manage screen printers, pick-and-place machines, and the reflow oven, ensuring correct programs and profiles are applied.
Responsibilities include adhering to ESD and MSD guidelines, loading feeders, verifying part numbers, performing preventative maintenance, and following ISO and IPC-A-610 standards to deliver quality printed circuit boards.
