Responsibilities
- Content:
Collaborate closely with design, marketing, and merchandising teams to create cohesive campaigns that blend visual and verbal storytelling. Own the creation, editing, and distribution of written and digital content across internal and external channels, ensuring brand consistency, engagement, and alignment with campaign objectives. Support creative concepting from ideation through execution, including social, email, print, and experiential materials. - Experiential & Field Marketing:
Plan and execute local activations, seasonal events, and cultural-moment campaigns. Collaborate with stores, regional teams, and merchandising partners to ensure seamless execution and strong customer engagement. - Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment:
Partner with Media & Advertising, Merchandising, Brand, and Operations teams to align initiatives with go-to-market strategies and broader brand objectives. - Project Management:
Oversee timelines, budgets, and vendor or partner relationships for all initiatives. Ensure programs are delivered efficiently, effectively, and with high-quality execution. - Ad Hoc Support:
Take on special projects or initiatives as needed to support the Senior Director and overall Media & Advertising strategy.
- Minimum Education:
Bachelor’s in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Business or equivalent experience - Preferred Education:
Bachelor’s in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Business - Minimum Experience:
1-2 years’ experience in marketing, brand activation, or field marketing with a track record of executing multi-channel campaigns. - Preferred Experience:
1-2 years’ experience in marketing, brand activation, or field marketing with a track record of executing multi-channel campaigns. - Strong ability to connect strategy to execution, with excellent project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines with adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Collaborative mindset, building strong relationships across functions and with external partners
- Results-oriented with a strong focus on measurable impact and driving business outcomes
