Statewide Corrections – Spectrum's Medication of Addiction Treatment (MAT)

Full-time, Monday–Friday. Schedule may vary based on needs of program.

$80,000–$90,000 annually.

• Oversee, develop, and implement competency-based training for all staff working in the MA DOC, medication for addiction treatment (MAT) services.
• Focus on training nursing staff in essential clinical skills, including safe medication administration, venipuncture (blood draws), and Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR).
• Promote internal and external training opportunities, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
• Work the hours required to meet the business needs of the organization, including the ability to work more than 40 hours in a work week.

• Current MA Registered Nurse license and CPR with basic life support certification.
• Prior teaching, training or staff development experience highly preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably with populations affected by substance use and/or mental health disorders.
• Current CPR/BLS trainer certification and/or prior phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Prior experience in correctional healthcare and/or substance use disorder and mental health treatment including OTP medication administration preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
