Hours: 6am-2:30pm

Hourly Pay Rate: $21.00-$23.00,
Pay Frequency: Weekly – Direct Deposit

The Barista is responsible for assisting customers during the checkout process, managing cash and credit payments, selling and grinding coffee, and serving a variety of items. Also responsible for replenishing snacks and coolers and keeping the area clean.

• Provide excellent customer service, including being attentive, approachable, greeting and thanking customers.
• Operation of point-of-sale system; receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits.
• Prepare or serve hot or cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, or teas.
• Replenish snacks and stock coolers as needed.
• Maintain clean and orderly checkout and coffee kiosk areas and complete other general cleaning duties.
• Assist customers by providing information.
• Work with and take direction from the Chef Manager.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous cash handling experience.
• Previous experience in food service/Barista environment.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Team Player.
• Must be dependable.
