Position Summary
Processes orders for service parts & equipment, maintains stock levels, and provides excellent customer service to store managers, technicians, and shop personnel. Coordinates parts delivery and manages inventory.
Responsibilities
- Receive and process parts orders
- Determine sourcing and delivery methods
- Communicate order status
- Restock trucks and review allocations
- Coordinate delivery routes
- Unpack, restock, and ship parts
- Perform inventory counts
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 years experience in service parts and inventory systems
- Customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
