Lend support to the Marketing Department in creating and implementing planograms for category managers, keying fixture/grocery/supply orders for new AIM locations, printing planograms and PDI tags, and packing supplies. Perform detailed analysis utilizing Apollo data to assist category managers in their buying decisions and present information for a proactive approach.
Responsibilities- Maintain master file for store closing, openings, fixture and grocery dates for AIM stores.
- Order items from the warehouse for AIM stores and follow up with the warehouse team to ensure fixtures, supplies and groceries are on the appropriate truck and reorder out-of-stock items when available.
- Manage BIB Chill zone, fixtures, groceries, cigarettes, supplies.
- Assign planograms and provide the POS team planogram set size.
- Set up AIM Box and update master file and PDI tags.
- Print planograms.
- Communicate with environmental team to ensure environmental information is included in the box.
- Find images and dimensions for new items.
- Add/remove items from warehouse system for ordering.
- Plan updates to publish planograms.
- Add items into SMIRF groups.
- Provide POS information for blocking per planograms.
- Create and update planograms across all categories, including promotional and seasonal changes.
- Assign and reassign planograms and publish them to stores.
- Add and update items to planograms (including dimensions, UPC, OZ and upload image).
- Add items to SMIRF group and review bulletin for new, discontinued or changed items.
- Add new items to MVS after items have been added to the bulletin.
- Print PDI tags for special projects.
- Provide support to category managers, regional managers, store managers and area sales managers on planograms, products and other general questions.
- Analyze existing planograms and products using SMIRF data, Apollo and financial data to identify opportunities within a category.
- Create analytical and statistical reports of items by category, size and other dimensions to enable strategic decisions.
- Analyze data from various systems and provide insights on product performance and recommend product placements and category expansions to drive revenue.
- Provide product performance reports using Apollo ranking on movement, sales and profit.
- Generate additional reports such as sales comparison, top and least performing items, over‑space or under‑space items, facings analysis, product identification, store planogram report, category range, and others.
- Assist in category resets and generate in-depth analysis on product trends, power ranking, space to profit index, return on investment and range optimization.
- Publish standard financial and statistical reports periodically to provide insights and trends for each category.
