Why This Role MattersWe’re seeking a Sales Manager in the USA (Mid-Atlantic) to expand our handheld laser welding solutions, build solid distributor relationships, and champion Theo as a premium brand in the region. This role is perfect for a sales-driven professional who’s intrigued by the possibilities of laser welding—and comfortable rolling up their sleeves to show how it works to partners and end users.
Key Responsibilities:- Distributor & Reseller Engagement:Visit distributors regularly, identify their needs, and demonstrate how Theo’s solutions can take their offerings to the next level.
- Drive Handheld Laser Welding Sales:Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales and pricing targets.
- Distributer Training and Technical Support
- Ongoing Product & Technical Knowledge:Stay on top of laser welding tech; we’ll train you on the details so you can share real expertise.
- Collaboration With After-Sales:Work closely with our support teams to keep customers happy, from first contact to aftercare.
- Hands-On Demos:Whether it’s an in-office presentation or a client’s workshop, you’re comfortable showing off the power of laser welding in person.
- Experience in Welding & Industrial Equipment (Preferred but not required): A background in the welding market or industrial channel sales is a big plus.
- A Sales-Driven Mindset:
Self-motivated, proactive, and always on the hunt for new deals. - Willingness to Travel:
You will travel regular for partner visits and on-site demos. - Ready to Learn:
Laser-specific knowledge is helpful but not mandatory. We’ll train you on everything you need to know. - Strong Communication Skills:
You can talk ROI, productivity, and innovation clearly and convincingly.
