Receptionist​/Client Coordinator

We are currently looking for qualified candidates to join our team for the following part-time schedule:
Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Thursday:4 pm - 9:30 pm Friday: 4 PM– 9:30 PM, Saturday 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM works out to be about 24 hours per week. (This is a permanent position. not for someone looking for a summer job.) If you are looking for even 3 days a week this is perfect for you.

• Previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Great people skills with the ability to establish positive relationships with guests
• Supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on services, selling the Wellness Program, and encouraging homecare retail purchases
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, and answering phone/email inquiries
• Help grow and retain a client base through active outreach.
