We are looking for individuals who are interested in joining our pool of candidates for various courier/driving opportunities out of several Service Centers.

• Full-Time - Monday - Friday; morning, afternoon, night and overnight schedules; 40 hours per week
• Part-Time - Monday - Friday; 20‑35 hours per week depending on schedules
• On‑Call - Monday - Friday; 0‑20 hours per week on average

$16.00 – $18.00 per hour (range dependent on schedules and locations)

• Operate delivery vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic and safety regulations.
• Deliver packages and documents while providing exceptional customer service at every stop.
• Load, unload, and handle packages weighing up to 70 lbs. with care and attention to safety protocols.
• Work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment, contributing to group and individual success.
• Manage and maintain important databases, forms, and documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Apply and communicate Pace organizational policies and procedures with professionalism and clarity.
• Exercise initiative, judgment, and discretion within established guidelines, always demonstrating tact and prudence.
• Deliver effective oral presentations to groups, peers, and internal departments as needed.
• Foster and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, clients, and all individuals you encounter on the job.

Mobility to work in various settings, use standard office and other equipment necessary for the role, and stamina to sit/stand for extended periods of time; exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 70 pounds of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or move objects; vision to read printed materials and computer screens; and hearing and speech to communicate in person or over the telephone.
