Account Manager

Darcy Brook is seeking a commercially driven Account Manager to champion our expanding client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Growth:
  Serve as the primary daily contact for key accounts, driving revenue growth through new product ranges and seasonal expansions.
• Project Delivery:
  Lead the full New Product Development lifecycle, translating client briefs into realities by coordinating creative teams and timelines.
• Commercial Control:
  Oversee pricing, contractual agreements, and negotiations to maximise competitiveness while protecting profit margins.
• Cross-Functional Operations:
  Collaborate with external suppliers and internal teams (logistics, finance, marketing) to ensure all project deadlines and specifications are met.
• Strategic Support:
  Assist company directors with broader international business development initiatives.

What You Bring

• Industry Background:
  Experience in account or project management within the FMCG or consumer goods sector, ideally working with major retailers.
• Commercial Acumen:
  Strong negotiation skills with a solid understanding of margins
• Project Expertise:
  Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to navigate complex, multi-stage product rollouts simultaneously.
