Product Manager - Health Policy

Salary: £70,000 - 70,000 per year

• We will have you define and execute the product roadmap and backlog across multiple capabilities.
• We will have you shape, design and deliver features that support our product delivery stream vision and business ambition.
• We will have you design the medium- to long-term product strategy for health policy renewal experiences.
• We will have you act as the voice of the customer within scrum teams to ensure high-quality customer experiences.
• We will have you monitor market trends, competitor activity and industry developments.
• We will have you support our Vitality Design process within SAFe Continuous Exploration and Review.
• We will have you coordinate ideation and work with cross-functional teams to reach Definition of Ready.
• We will have you validate technical feasibility with relevant teams.
• We will have you define epics and features for delivery within releasable increments.
• We will have you own the renewal experience and associated products day to day.
• We will have you define and map optimal customer journeys and processes with measurement and continuous improvement.
• We will have you identify cost and inefficiencies and design improved processes.
• We will have you prioritise and deliver the roadmap iteratively.
• We will have you manage and maintain a well-prioritised product backlog with stakeholders.
• We will have you review analytics, sprint and release reporting.
• We will have you collaborate with product, business and engineering teams to create aligned user stories.
• We will have you create feature and story maps for journey epics.
• We will have you analyse user needs, requirements, risks, scope and dependencies.
• We will have you lead and plan journey epics across Analyse and Implement PIs, managing risks, dependencies and costs.
• We will have you ensure user stories are well defined, documented and maintained with clear acceptance criteria.
• We will have you partner with UX to ensure designs align to requirements.
