Job Overview

The Branch Office Administrator (BOA) works closely with financial advisors to provide comprehensive administrative support that enables the team to focus on client relationships and business growth. The position is full‑time and located at 869 Main Street Suite 700, Westbrook, ME.

Role Summary

As a BOA you will be a vital part of our client support team: preparing client documents, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and ensuring a seamless client experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client service via inbound/outbound calls, emails, and in‑person interactions.
  • Execute account management tasks: open accounts, process transfers, and maintain accurate client records.
  • Support administrative operations, including appointment scheduling, material preparation, and marketing initiatives.
  • Utilize technology platforms such as Money Guide, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office.
  • Assist in the annual business planning process and identify opportunities for cross‑selling additional services.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Strong communication, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with digital tools and willingness to learn new software.
  • Team‑collaborative mindset and adaptive to changing priorities.
  • Prior client‑service or administrative experience is a plus.

Compensation

Base pay range: $22.50–$24.36 per hour (subject to merit increases). Additional compensation includes quarterly bonuses and profit‑sharing based on firm profitability.
