Commercial Night Service Advisor

Rowe Ford Sales is seeking a dedicated Commercial Night Service Advisor to join our team in Westbrook, ME. This role involves providing exceptional customer service during night hours, managing commercial vehicle service needs, and ensuring smooth night operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial customers during night service hours
• Coordinate and schedule service appointments to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding vehicle repairs, estimates, and timelines
• Work closely with technicians and parts departments to ensure timely service completion
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service orders
• Promote additional services and upsell when appropriate to increase service department revenue
• Manage night service workflow to ensure smooth operation and minimal delays

• Previous experience in automotive service advising or related customer service role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work night shifts consistently
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic knowledge of commercial vehicles and service processes is a plus
• Proficiency with computer systems and service management software
