BIM Specialist I – Electrical will develop and maintain Revit models of electrical systems for commercial and industrial projects, ensuring effective coordination with other trade disciplines.
Key Responsibilities- Create and maintain accurate electrical Revit models and documentation.
- Support multidisciplinary coordination by collaborating with BIM leads, project staff, and field teams.
- Perform clash detection using Navisworks.
- Generate shop drawings and model-based takeoffs.
- Produce as-built drawings reflecting installed conditions.
- Proficiency in Revit for electrical BIM modeling and documentation.
- Experience with Navisworks for clash detection and coordination.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and construction documentation workflows.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate to deliver accurate BIM information for installation.
