SummaryThe Program Manager role is responsible for all operational aspects of the assigned program, including development, implementation, maintenance, and evaluation. Plans and oversees processes that ensure program goals are measured, analyzed, evaluated, reported and met. Supports the operational aspects of assigned program including development of materials and tools and is accountable for implementing program work plan(s) and assuring completion of day to day activities.
May manage 3 or more small programs, 2 medium or one large program.
Bachelor's Degree in healthcare or relevant field preferred. Master's Degree preferred.
Certifications:
Licensure/certification may be preferred or required based on scope of role.
Two years of program management or related work experience required. Three years of healthcare experience preferred.

Strong facilitation and analytical/problem-solving skills.
