Customer and Technical Support Consultant

Our Customer & Technical Support Consultants are the direct line between the client and our customers, supporting veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and animal healthcare diagnostic professionals. This role involves navigating a variety of inquiries to provide solutions, completing 20–30 calls a day, and using documentation and programs to resolve issues while the customer is on the call. The Hematology team supports a wide variety of products such as the Pro Cyte Dx, Pro Cyte One, and inVue analyzers.
Responsibilities- Instruct customers on the use of in‑house diagnostic analyzers.
- Coordinate and assist with equipment installations and troubleshoot mechanical hardware and software integration issues.
- Resolve customer inquiries through phone, voicemail, email, and MS Teams during scheduled business hours.
- Maintain a high‑speed internet connection and supplied laptop, docking station, monitors, keyboard, mouse, and headset.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience in a technically related field, such as veterinary practice with chemistry analyzers, a laboratory setting, or a contact center environment.
- Strong computer and technical skills with aptitude to learn software and hardware.
- Excellent listening and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proven track record of providing extraordinary customer service.
- Highly motivated, goal‑oriented, and a strong collaborator.
- Ability to work 8 hours per day by phone and to multitask effectively.
Pay Rate: $17.00/hr – $18.00/hr on W2
Duration: 01/19/2026 to 07/17/2026
