Retail Floor Lead - Maine

Role You Will Play:
This person will oversee daily floor operations, ensuring excellent customer service while supporting and guiding team members. This person will coordinate inventory, merchandising, and task execution to maintain a well-organized, fully stocked store. This person will assist management with training, problem-solving, and meeting sales and safety goals.
