With open availability, starting pay is $18.50 and once certified pay will increase to $19.50.

• Oversee shifts every week and ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure quality, service and cleanliness.
• Supervise food safety and cleanliness procedures to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards.
• Communicate effectively with crew and next shift managers to help them prepare for a good shift.
• Achieve targets during shifts and help departments meet their goals.
• Take action to monitor safety, security, inventory, and profitability.
• Manage crew schedules and encourage high performance during shifts.
• Provide exceptional customer service and quality food production.
• Train new team members on critical job functions.
