Part-Time Housekeeping & Operations; Janitorial

In this role, you will ensure a safe and clean environment in all areas of the store. You will perform daily store cleaning tasks effectively and efficiently and complete operational processes as needed to provide an excellent customer experience.

• Clean all areas of the store (e.g., floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following Kohl's standards, procedures, and guidelines.
• Utilize only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Maintain levels of chemicals and supplies, reorder when low, and ensure proper storage.
• Complete required training for chemicals, equipment, and maintenance.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance following company guidelines.
• Use Kohl's tools and technology to plan, communicate, and share information with the team.
• Support the operations team with product receiving, stockroom operations, and omni-channel fulfillment when needed.
• Engage customers by greeting them and assisting with products and services.

• Act with integrity, honesty, and foster teamwork in an inclusive culture.
• Exercise good judgment and involve partners as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service, anticipate needs, and resolve issues.
• Meet or exceed individual goals.
• Complete multiple tasks within time frames.

• Excellent customer service and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail.
• Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• No retail experience required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Experience in retail or service industry roles.

Pay starts at: $16.45/hr.
