Site Services Engineer, Westbury BA13
Would you like to be part of our Site Services team and play a key role in our new effluent plant? We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Services Engineer to join our Westbury dairy engineering team. This would be joining an established engineering team within a well‑invested, fast‑paced production site. This is a Monday–Friday days based role.
How Would You Make An Impact- Maintaining services across the site in line with our Planned Preventative Maintenance programme and providing corrective maintenance in the event of site equipment failure and breakdown across the following:
Effluent plant, industrial steam boiler, waste heat boiler, refrigeration plant, DAF plant, hot & cold water systems, heat exchangers, cooling tower, HVAC maintenance. - Conducting equipment and plant condition appraisals and working alongside the OEMs when services are carried out.
- Challenging current processes and practices to identify new opportunities to improve operation and efficiency.
- Maintaining awareness of relevant QEHS compliance such as Legionella, fire safety, PSSR, LOTO.
- Authorising permits and ensuring the work is carried out in a safe and controlled manner.
You’ll thrive in this role if you hold a Level 3 NVQ or a recognised engineering qualification, supported by hands‑on experience in both reactive and planned preventative maintenance within a regulated environment. Previous experience in Hard FM or similar site services settings will help you hit the ground running and understand the pace and demands of the role.
