Quality Assistant - Production

Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with our client in the Westbury area who are actively looking to recruit a Quality Assistant on a fixed term basis.

Shift:

Working Hours:

8 hours a day - Monday to Friday (will need to be flexible to work early or late shifts/possible Saturdays)

Pay: £15.00 per hour

Start date:

ASAP until Christmas

What you will be doing:

Carry out quality checks on products throughout the production process.

Inspect finished goods to ensure they meet required quality standards.

Identify, record and report any defects or non-conforming products.
Complete quality control paperwork and production records accurately.
Monitor production processes to ensure specifications are followed.
Support the production team in maintaining high quality standards.
Ensure products are labelled, packed and stored correctly.
Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
Work closely with supervisors and production staff to resolve quality issues.

What you will need to succeed:

Good attention to detail.
Previous experience in a quality role is essential.
Able to follow instructions and work to set procedures.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Reliable, organised and proactive.
Flexibility.
