The Boutique Assistant supports Sales Associates and boutique operations while helping deliver an exceptional client experience. Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role assists with reception, boutique maintenance, and daily jewelry handling.
Responsibilities- Replenish selling floor supplies and backfill point-of-sale stations and desks.
- Assist with boutique opening and closing setup, jewelry setup and pulling, and backstock maintenance.
- Greet clients and support reception duties.
- Maintain merchandise condition and follow client experience protocols and service standards.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- At least two years of experience in a fast-paced luxury environment preferred.
- Strong organization, multitasking, computer, communication, and verbal skills.
- SAP familiarity and fluency in multiple languages are beneficial.
