Lead General Dentist of Production, No Ceiling

Wells Street Dental is a thriving, community-rooted family dental practice in Westerly, Rhode Island, with a loyal patient base built over generations and approximately $2 million in annual collections. We are looking for an experienced General Dentist to take the lead clinically and step into a defined pathway to partnership, with the operational support of Resolute Dental Partners behind the practice.

• $200,000–$225,000 guaranteed base in year one, with quarterly true-up once production compensation exceeds it
• 32% of net production, no ceiling
• $25,000 signing bonus
• $300,000–$320,000 clinical earning potential at $1 million in annual net production
• Estimated $100,000–$150,000 in additional annual profit distributions as a partner, bringing total earning potential to $400,000–$470,000+

You’ll step into an established, approximately $2 million practice with seven equipped operatories, generations of patient relationships, and a full schedule from day one, with the chance to build equity without starting from scratch.

You’ll have full clinical autonomy to focus on quality dentistry, practicing comprehensive restorative, preventive care, simple endodontics, and same-day restorations
, and collaborating with specialists.

The office is equipped with CBCT, digital X-rays, an intraoral scanner, and CEREC same-day restoration technology
, and supported by an experienced team of dental assistants, front desk coordinators, and an office manager, with administrative and business support handled for you.

The ideal candidate is an experienced General Dentist who:

• Has at least 3+ years of clinical experience
• Is committed to comprehensive, patient-centered dentistry and attention to detail
• Values communication, teamwork, and lasting patient relationships
• Is interested in clinical leadership and practice ownership
• Holds or can obtain a Rhode Island dental license
• Experience with simple endodontics, digital workflows, and CEREC is a plus
