Our Gaming Creator Labs provide a welcoming environment where kids, teens, families, and gamers of all ages can play, compete, create, learn, and explore STEM-related career opportunities.
As a Game Lounge Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience every day.
Run the day-to-day gaming lounge experience
Keep the lounge clean, organized, and welcoming
Keep PCs, consoles, games, and gaming stations ready to go
Help maintain a safe and inclusive environment
Help guests get set up and troubleshoot technical issues
Support esports programs, events, and tournaments
Educate guests and parents about programs, equipment, and policies
Handle opening and closing procedures
What we’re looking for:A genuine passion for gaming and knowledge across different platforms
Someone dependable, responsible, and on time
Strong customer service and communication skills
Someone organized who can juggle multiple things at once
Comfort with technology and troubleshooting
Experience in customer service, program management, or gaming is a plus!
