Family Pride Private Home Care in Rhode Island seeks an Area Care Manager to support our growing presence in South West Rhode Island. This hybrid leadership and caregiving role is ideal for an experienced CNA, HHA, or PCA who wants to grow into management while continuing hands-on care.
You will split time between direct client care (about 70%) and care coordination, scheduling, caregiver supervision, and local business development (about 30%).
