Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Manager to join our team. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the production process, from planning and scheduling to execution and completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and project management, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet project deadlines
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the production team, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring quality control
  • Manage project budgets and expenses, and work closely with the finance team to ensure cost-effectiveness
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate project estimates and timely completion of work
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels of materials and equipment needed for production
  • Hire, train, and supervise production staff, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being done according to specifications and safety standards
  • Communicate with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues that may arise
  • Continuously look for ways to improve production processes and increase efficiency
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction and project management
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of construction techniques, building codes, and safety regulations
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
