Join our team of Part Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication and relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world‑famous brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and other industry‑leading snacks.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and work closely with the sales representative to optimize visibility of Mondelēz products and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in‑store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained per Mondelēz guidelines.
• Ensure sales representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz management.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure efficient in‑store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license in the state of residence.
• Positive, professional, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Able to drive personally to various store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Able to download and use work‑related applications on a personal device.
• Physically capable of hard work in a fast‑paced environment, including lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.; occasionally pushing/pulling over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Norwich, CT (primary location); secondary locations:
  New London, CT & Westerly, RI.
• Schedule availability:
  Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday.

Hourly compensation: $16.35 – $17.00 based on experience.
