- In‑depth knowledge of mortgage products, lending practices, and guidelines
- Strong communication, networking, and analytical skills
- Established referral network
- NMLS registration required
- Multilingual a plus
- Excellent marketing skills a plus
- Commission‑based with biweekly commission payments
