We're looking for a highly organized, detail-driven professional to join our team as a Project Coordinator. This role supports project execution by handling the behind-the-scenes administrative functions that keep everything running smoothly. If you love a fast-paced environment, keeping things organized, and being a go-to support resource, this is the role for you.
What you will be doing:- Ensure accurate and timely processing of weekly payroll to prevent pay errors.
- Assist in managing change orders, permits, inspections, and scheduling to keep projects on track.
- Compile and distribute reports with accuracy and timeliness as needed.
- Procure and manage office supplies to support efficient project operations.
- Use company software and equipment to print wire and equipment labels as required.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, assisting in documentation and distribution.
- Work closely with project teams to maintain high levels of communication and collaboration.
- Support QA/QC and BIM processes as needed.
- Work on-site at assigned active construction locations in the central Ohio area.

- A high school diploma or GED is required; an associate degree is preferred.
- Previous administrative support experience is preferred, especially in the construction or electrical industries.
- Familiarity with Pro Core, Bluebeam, and BIM 360 is a plus.
- Proficiency in Google Drive and MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams.
- Ability to work independently and under supervision, managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to recognize errors and implement corrective actions.
- Comfortable using office equipment such as computers, printers, label makers, and copiers.
