Quality Assurance Manager I
DHL Supply Chain – Salary: $85,000 - $150,000 (national range)

Job DescriptionManages and coordinates all aspects of quality assurance activities within a single or multiple sites and/or customers, ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities- Oversee maintenance and continuous improvement of the overall quality system, including CAPA, audits, document control, and procedures.
- Oversee licenses, permits, and registrations.
- Provide regulatory compliance oversight for products and services, reporting results to executive management.
- Ensure system and equipment validation and maintain change control processes.
- Hire, train, and develop quality associates; monitor training compliance.
- Coordinate with continuous improvement team to focus on improvement activities.
- Review and recommend actions for regulatory, customer, and third‑party audits.
- Analyze quality metrics, identify trends, and report findings.
- Serve as primary customer contact for QA related issues.
- Manage site suppliers, audits, and business development support.
- Represent DHL in customer events as required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 4 years work experience.
- Certification related to quality control (preferred).
- 3+ years experience in a regulated environment or ISO 9001 compliance.
- 1+ year supervisory or management experience.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Food, Life Sciences, or 3PL industry.
- Participation in successful standards organization registration in complex environment.
- Supervising or implementing quality control programs.
- Knowledge of regulations such as FDA, GxPs, ATF, DEA, etc.
- Training administration in compliance with regulated standards.
- Strong written and verbal communication, data analysis, and problem solving.
- Project management, presenting, and report creation skills.
