TRG Maintenance LLC is seeking a skilled Hotside/Cooking Equipment Technician to support our field operations team. In this role, you will perform installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial cooking equipment—such as ovens, fryers, grills, warmers, and steamers—ensuring safe, consistent, and efficient kitchen operations for our commercial clients. - Install, service, and repair commercial kitchen equipment (e.g., ovens, griddles, fryers, ranges, steamers, warmers).
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in cooking equipment and ensure efficient repairs.
- Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members.
- Document work performed via service software and maintain accurate records.
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and organized work vehicle.
- Work independently and manage assigned service calls with minimal supervision.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cooking equipment or commercial kitchen appliance service.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a customer‑first attitude.
- Must be dependable, enthusiastic, flexible, and detail‑oriented.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- No specific certifications are required for this role, but technical training is a plus.
