TRG Maintenance LLC is looking for skilled and service-minded HVAC/Refrigeration Technicians to join our fast-growing field operations team. In this role, you'll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and cooking equipment across various client sites. The ideal candidate is dependable, flexible, and able to work independently while maintaining exceptional communication and customer service standards.

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on heating, cooling, and refrigeration units.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment issues efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain detailed service records and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Operate company vehicle to travel between service locations.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance on all job sites.
• Perform other duties as assigned in support of the field operations team.

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in HVAC or refrigeration service (commercial focus preferred).
• Valid EPA Certification required.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable, presentable, and enthusiastic about delivering top-tier service.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Remote Field Operations – Technicians will travel to commercial client sites across the service region.
