Teacher at Spring Mill Kinder Care

As a Teacher, you’ll support children’s education daily, collaborating with a dedicated team of teachers, center staff, and field leaders. You’ll create a nurturing environment, implement the curriculum, and partner with families, all while contributing to the overall success of the center.

Responsibilities
  • Implement Kinder Care’s curriculum in a way that meets each child’s unique needs.
  • Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
  • Partner with parents, sharing a commitment to the best care and education for their children.
  • Support your center’s success by collaborating with staff and leadership to meet enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
  • Build positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills, with the ability to multi‑task effectively.
  • Meet state specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain them.
  • CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.
  • Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
  • Able to maintain postures and engage in physical activity with children to keep them safe.
  • Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.
