We are seeking a nurturing, patient, and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our growing TLE Westfield family.

As an Infant Teacher, you will
  • Provide loving, attentive, and individualized care to infants, ensuring all daily routines—feeding, diapering, napping—are handled safely and lovingly.
  • Create a warm, calm, and responsive environment where babies feel secure and valued.
  • Implement developmentally appropriate infant activities such as tummy time, sensory play, music, language building, and early social interactions.
  • Support and reinforce our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum with gentle, engaging experiences that promote early milestones.
  • Build trusting relationships with families through daily communication, sharing updates, photos, and meaningful moments.
  • Collaborate with co‑teachers and leadership to maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom.
Do You
  • Have a deep love for caring for infants and supporting early development?
  • Have one year of infant teaching/childcare experience (preferred) or at least six months (required)?
  • Have an associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required)?
