We are seeking a passionate and organized Curriculum Coordinator to join our team.

As a Curriculum Coordinator, you will:
  • Support teachers in the effective delivery of our proprietary L.E.A.P. curriculum and ensure developmental appropriateness across all classrooms.
  • Conduct classroom observations and provide feedback, modeling, and coaching to promote continuous improvement.
  • Assist in lesson planning, classroom setup, and daily curriculum implementation.
  • Lead curriculum-related staff trainings, enrichment activities, and school events.
  • Partner with the Center Director and leadership team to maintain curriculum compliance and educational excellence.
  • Build relationships with families and staff to support a collaborative, high-quality learning environment.
Do You:
  • Have a passion for early childhood education and teacher support?
  • Have at least 2 years of classroom experience in a preschool or early learning setting (required).
  • Hold an associate or bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or a related field (preferred).
  • Have strong organizational, communication, and coaching skills?

Compensation: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
