Position Overview
Majestic Care Staffing is looking for a Corporate Compliance Specialist to join our team’s mission and believe in our core values.

- Draft, review, and maintain organizational compliance policies.
- Coordinate policy dissemination, staff education, and version control.
- Ensure alignment with CMS, HIPAA, and state-specific LTC regulations.
- Triage compliance and privacy incidents using incident management software (e.g., RLDatix, SAI
360). - Conduct initial fact-finding and support formal investigations, including documentation and follow-up.
- Track resolution of incidents and corrective actions to ensure timely closure.
- Support HIPAA Privacy Program with investigations and incident management.
- Triage privacy-related concerns and complaints.
- Maintain privacy logs and support breach notification processes.
- Collect, analyze, and report compliance and risk assessment data.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to identify trends and areas of concern.
- Support development of risk mitigation strategies and performance improvement plans.
- Conduct routine audits of documentation, access, and care delivery practices.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to monitor compliance metrics and trends.
- Coordinate compliance and privacy training for new hires and ongoing staff education.
- Develop and distribute compliance communications, alerts, and newsletters.
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field (required).
- Certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC), Healthcare Privacy Compliance (CHPC), or equivalent (preferred).
- 4+ years of experience in healthcare compliance, preferably in skilled nursing or long-term care.
- Familiarity with Point Click Care (PCC) EMR system (preferred).
- Experience with incident management platforms (e.g., RLDatix, SAI
360). - Knowledge of Corporate Compliance, HIPAA, CMS regulations, and multi‑state LTC requirements.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and compliance tracking tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
