* Supporting the Shopping Center General Manager in their daily responsibilities
* Prioritizing various tasks for the technical team, as well as planning and scheduling all necessary repairs
* Enforcement of regulations and norms related to the services supervised
* Daily communication with tenants and their contractors regarding installations, adaptations, and all possible technical and logistic aspects and issues
** Requirements:
*** Degree in a related technical field such as engineering, construction, or facilities management
* 3-4 years of work experience in facility management
* Structured, goal-oriented, service-oriented mindset
* Excellent interpersonal and team working skills
* Strong analytical and strategic skills
* Very good command of English
