A typical day might look like:

• Assisting with customer service queries
• Co‑ordinating staff recruitment
• Co‑ordinating staff training and development activities
• Ensuring organisational policies and procedures are followed
• Maintaining workplace Occupational Health and Safety
• Resolving staffing issues and stock discrepancies
• Supporting and contributing to a cooperative organisational culture

• Ability to manage underperforming staff and other staffing issues that may arise

Our team members work in our pharmacies throughout their shift, often standing for long periods. Stock replenishment can involve repeated movements and lifting heavier items, so please keep this in mind when applying.
