As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will coordinate nursing care for residents based on established clinical practice standards and deliver patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Specific duties for this nursing health care position include:
- The LPN is responsible for the coordination and performance of nursing activities in assigned section/unit during a designated shift. In the absence of other senior management, a LPN may be responsible for oversight of the facility during certain shifts.

- Active LPN state license.
- A passion for providing compassionate care to senior residents.
- Experience in long-term care is a plus, but not required.
