As an Assistant Manager, you'll play an important role in bringing that commitment to life every day. Working alongside the Store Manager, you'll help lead the team, maintain a great customer experience, and make sure the store operates safely, efficiently, and successfully. You'll be a hands-on leader who isn't afraid to jump in wherever you're needed—from helping a customer at the register to coaching a team member or making sure the store is ready for the next shift.

What You'll DoSupport the Store Manager with the daily operation of the store

Lead by example and create a positive, team-focused work environment

Supervise team members and help ensure shifts run smoothly

Train, coach, and encourage employees to deliver great customer service

Help with scheduling, shift coverage, and day-to-day team needs

Assist with opening and closing procedures

Handle customer questions and concerns with professionalism

Maintain high standards for cleanliness, food quality, and store presentation

Monitor inventory, restocking, and product availability

Follow and reinforce company policies, safety standards, and procedures

Help manage cash handling and ensure accurate transactions

Communicate important information to the Store Manager and team

Step in wherever needed to keep the store running at its best

What We're Looking ForA dependable, positive, and motivated leader

Strong communication and people skills

The ability to coach and motivate a team

Good judgment and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment

Someone who takes ownership and follows through

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Previous leadership, retail, food service, or customer service experience preferredA willingness to work as part of the team—not just manage from the sidelines

Eligible performance-based wage increases and bonus plan, subject to program requirements
