The Role

We’re seeking confident, coachable, and self‑motivated sales representatives to join our high‑performing team. Using a proven in‑home sales process, you will meet with qualified homeowners, identify their needs, and present roofing and exterior remodeling solutions. Your success is determined by your effort – the more you put in, the more you earn.

  • $600 per week onboarding salary for up to 6 months during training

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with qualified homeowners at pre‑scheduled appointments
  • Build rapport, identify needs, and present custom roofing and remodeling solutions
  • Generate at least $1 million in revenue within your first 12 months
  • Achieve required sales metrics: demo rate, close rate, average job size, and net sales
  • Generate at least one self‑sourced lead per week
  • Accurately scope projects and maintain required profit margins
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records in our CRM system
  • Represent the company with professionalism and integrity in the community
Schedule & Flexibility
  • Full‑time role with a flexible work schedule
  • Appointments scheduled a month in advance
  • Reps submit availability monthly
  • Minimum of 2 Saturday appointment slots per month required
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of professional sales experience required
  • Roofing, home improvement, or construction experience is a plus
  • Comfortable on ladders and rooftops
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and self‑disciplined
  • Tech‑savvy with the ability to learn and use sales software
  • High energy, drive, and commitment to excellence
  • Must pass background check and have a valid driver's license
