Mechanic – Landscaping Fleet & Equipment

We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Mechanic to join our team! In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing our large fleet of trucks, trailers, and landscaping equipment.

You’ll join a staff of 4 other mechanics with a large 4-bay fully equipped service & repair shop, and play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly and safely!

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on work trucks, skid steers, zero-turn mowers, and other landscaping equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on all vehicles and machinery.
• Keep accurate records of repairs, parts, and maintenance schedules.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work with operations and field crews to schedule and prioritize repairs.
• Ensure all equipment meets safety and regulatory standards.

• Proven experience as a mechanic, ideally in construction or similar industries. (3+ years’ experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of engines, hydraulics, diesel and gas-powered equipment.
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals and diagrams.
• Basic welding and fabrication skills a plus.
• Valid driver’s license (for field service calls).
• Ability to lift 45+ lbs. for typical shop environment.
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
