NOTIFICATION OF VACANCY Applications will be accepted for a Family Engagement Facilitator position in the Westfield Public Schools to coordinate family events and increase family engagement. POSITION:
Family Engagement Facilitator: RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under the direction of authorized administrators, the Facilitator shall:
• Facilitate Bingo for Books, Literacy, Math, and Science family nights at several Title I schools. Provide families and caregivers with resources which will extend the learning experience ourage and respond to caregiver requests for information regarding Title I Maintain attendance records for each family event. Any other duties as assigned by the Superintendent or designee.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Minimum of a High School Diploma/Associates degree or higher (preferred) or related course work. Demonstrated interest in children and education. Ability to communicate and work successfully with staff, students and families.

REPORTS TO:

Director of Curriculum and Instruction SALARY: $36.00 hourly rate with no benefits;
Up to 5 hours per event, to include planning, set up, facilitation, and break down. Total hours not to exceed 60. Position Type:

• At least 2 year(s) of relevant experience preferred.
