MOST Builders and General Contracting is seeking a Project Manager to oversee residential remodeling projects from pre-construction through completion. This is a key leadership role that ensures our projects stay on time, on budget, and deliver an exceptional client experience. As Project Manager, you’ll coordinate labor, materials, schedules, and customer communication to ensure successful outcomes for all parties involved.

Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day operations of multiple residential renovation projects.
- Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring all timelines are met or exceeded.
- Oversee labor scheduling and on-site team coordination.
- Order and track materials to ensure timely delivery and installation.
- Maintain communication with clients, updating them regularly on progress and addressing any concerns.
- Work with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure scopes and timelines are aligned.
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and adheres to building codes and safety regulations.
- Track project budgets and costs, reporting discrepancies or concerns to leadership.
- Attend job site meetings and inspections as needed.
- Collaborate with field crews and leadership to align project goals with customer satisfaction.
Minimum 8 years of construction experience, with 3+ years in project coordination or management.
Associates degree preferred; equivalent field experience considered.
Valid Construction Supervisor License (CSL) preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Patience, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset.
Proficiency with scheduling software, email, spreadsheets, and cloud-based communication tools. Experience with Job Tread or similar is a plus.
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Reliable transportation and willingness to visit job sites as needed.
