CMM Operator

$20.00/hr - $35.00/hr

• Interprets ballooned customer drawings, including geometric dimensioning and tolerance, and purchase order requirements.
• Utilizes Zeiss Calypso software to create programs, including documented set up instructions for First Piece, In‑Process and Final Inspection.
• Operates Zeiss CMM to run previously proven programs for First Piece, In‑Process and Final Inspection.
• Works with Machine Operators, Programming, and Management to produce acceptable product.
• Correlates CMM inspection data with hand inspection tools and/or plate inspections including micrometers, indicators, height gauges, etc.
• Operates within AS9100/ISO
  9001 requirements to include proper documentation, revision control, traceability, and lot control.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Ability to work well with others.

• Able to handle and follow instruction.
• 3 years of CMM Programmer/Operator experience.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.

• AS9100 Experience.
