Pro Ampac in Westfield, MA, seeks a Summer 2027 Intern (Continuous Improvement Engineer) to learn from our Corporate Operational Excellence Team and assist with lean deployment across a manufacturing site.
You will lead CI projects, analyze operational data, support daily improvement systems, and help sustain CI activities while working with shop floor teams and leadership. Travel for kickoff and closing events is required, and strong English skills are essential.
