As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Vantage Care, you will play a crucial role in providing direct patient care within our skilled nursing facility. Your responsibilities include administering basic patient treatments, collaborating with the Director of Nursing, and supporting our residents’ physical and emotional well‑being. • Delivering empathetic care to patients who are ill, injured, or recovering.
• Administering basic patient treatments, including medication administration in collaboration with the Director of Nursing.
• Educating and informing patients about their medical treatments and care plans.
• Building strong rapport with patients to foster trust and comfort.
• Maintaining accurate patient records and communicating effectively with the healthcare team.

• Active license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Massachusetts.
• Previous nursing or healthcare‑related experience (preferred).
• Familiarity with medical equipment, procedures, and best practices.
• A compassionate, patient‑focused demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work well as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
