Emergency Room - ER RN - Travel Nurse

Position Overview

Immediate travel nurse opening for Emergency Room RN in Westfield, MA. 1–2 years of recent acute care experience required. Short‑term assignment with a diverse team of caregivers.

As an ER Travel Nurse you will evaluate, triage, and implement care using correct procedures and physician instructions. Perform minor medical operations, advise patients and families, and plan long‑term care needs. Document medical history, check for allergies, obtain vital signs, and monitor patients’ emotional and physical wellbeing.

• Clean and bandage wounds.
• Provide IV therapy.
• Maintain supplies and medical equipment.
• Report suspected abuse to appropriate agencies.
• Provide basic bedside care.

Registered Nurse with 1–2 years acute‑care experience in a fast‑paced, urgent emergency environment. Ability to stand, walk, bend, lean, stoop, and lift up to 20 pounds routinely; may need to lift up to 50 pounds when moving patients. Adept at coping with stress and working with people of all ages and backgrounds.

Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, 2 years of RN experience. Additional certifications may be required before beginning an assignment.

Travel nurse, full‑time, entry level. Health Care Provider – Staffing and Recruiting industry. Eligible for referral benefits. Pay up to $2,998/week in Westfield, MA.
