Baystate Noble Hospital is an 85‑bed acute care community hospital serving the Greater Westfield area.

Role Overview

This role supports medical‑surgical, telemetry, and intermediate care (IMCU/step‑down) patients in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Schedule

• 24 hours/week, 7 a‑7:30 p.day shifts
• Every other weekend and rotating holidays

Inpatient Acute Care Unit

• 31‑bed unit covering medical, surgical, telemetry, and intermediate care patients
• Telemonitoring systems and access to specialty consults
• Strong interdisciplinary collaboration

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nursing license in Massachusetts
• Current American Heart Association BLS CPR certification
• Accepted credentials:
  Nursing diploma, ADN, or BSN

Education

Diploma in Nursing (Required)

Certifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (other)
• Basic Life Support – American Heart Association
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (other)
• Registered Nurse – State of Massachusetts
