As an Applebee’s Bartender, you will mix outstanding alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages, interact with customers and staff, and create a great bar experience. You will work hard but enjoy a fun, flexible environment with opportunities for growth.

• Mix and serve beer, wine, cocktails and non‑alcoholic drinks according to established standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Greet customers, take orders, and provide friendly, high‑quality service.
• Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff and management to deliver a seamless guest experience.
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and tips accurately.

• Minimum age 21 years old (per state law).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to delivering an outstanding guest experience.

Flexible full‑time schedule with opportunities for overtime. Compensation starts at $6.75 per hour plus tips. Daily Pay may be available, except in California.

• Remain stationary and move at a well‑paced speed for up to four (4) hours in a shift.
• Reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds as required.
• Transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from the dining room, service bar, and kitchen multiple times per shift.
• Wear protective hand coverings, face coverings, and maintain hand hygiene.
